Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and effective energy healing practice which can bring great relaxation, healing and so much more. It partners nicely with herbal treatment.
I am trained to level 3A, Reiki Master
sessions are 1/2 hr - 1hr

Sharing plant knowledge is also something I am very passionate about. I believe it is our human right to know and use what the planet has on offer to support us.
workshops are held seasonally. Most of them are a hands on learning experience, with take home goodies and plants.

Personal retreat
Relax, restore and reset with a retreat tailor made to suit
your needs. The offering can include, herbal consultation,
Reiki sessions, being nourished and nurtured while
soaking in the healing energies of the medicinal herb
garden, lulled by the sound of the river and birdsong.
